Personalised Online Training Programs

Why is there an 8-week minimum commitment? Progress and change takes time and I want you to not only give the program the opportunity but moreso yourself the opportunity to stick to it and see those changes! Sometimes doing a program for one month just isn't enough and from experience after 8 weeks you should start to see and feel some noticeable changes.

Once you've completed your online form and had your initial consultation, we'll help you choose the package that best suits your needs from the options below.

TOP TIER:

The Top Tier is a full package that includes all aspects of our Personalised Online Training. This package is for those who want a more involved approach and full accountability with a coach, covering not just your Training Program but also Nutritional Guidance and weekly video check-ins.

MID-GROUND:

With the Mid-Ground package, you'll continue to work closely with your coach through check-ins every two weeks, along with a minimum training commitment of 3 days per week. This package is ideal for those who want some accountability with their check-ins and coaching but feel they don’t need as much involvement in nutrition or as frequent support as offered in the Top Tier, particularly if you already have experience with training.

LOW-KEY:

The Low-Key package offers more flexibility than the Mid-Ground or Top-Tier options, with no minimum training commitment. You’ll have a Personalized Training Program with the option to train 1-2 days per week and a once-a-month 15-minute check-in call. This package is ideal for someone who wants to try out the program before committing to a more comprehensive option or for those who prefer a more independent approach with occasional guidance.

Self-Guided Training Programs

After completing your online form and having your initial consultation, we'll help you choose the program that’s best suited to your goals!

Our Self-Guided Training Programs vary in duration and focus —whether you're after a hypertrophy-based program or one with a conditioning day. The consultation will give us a chance to discuss exactly what you're aiming for, ensuring we select the right program for you.

The key differences between our Personalized Online Training Programs and Self-Guided Training Programs are:

Accountability and Personalization.

With the Self-Guided Training Program, you'll have full control over your training. Each program includes a detailed warm-up and cool-down, clear instructions for each exercise, and guidelines to help you select the right weights and reps to achieve the intended stimulus for each session. Each week will have a different focus, ensuring you progressively challenge yourself and experience consistent growth and improvement throughout your training. These programs also include 1-2 mobility days and general Nutritional & Lifestyle Guidance to support your training.
